NSM provides manual and robot-assisted stacking systems for finished parts to ensure a high degree ofproduction safety, flexibility and speed as well as optimal quality of the components on handling the finished body parts.
Due to the progressive use of very high- performance servo press lines in body construction, it is becoming more and more of a logistic challenge to transport and handle the finished parts load carriers (racks) quickly and safely.
NSM conveyor belts are used for the transport of various products; frequently for ferrous or non-ferrous metal punched and pressed parts as well as sheet scraps.

The bulk container is positioned with the help of a manual lifting trolley or stacker on the hall floor under the magnetic unloader. The magnet then dips into the box at six fixed defined positions.
After machining, the belt loader transfers workpieces sensitive to damage with a minimum drop height into a bulk container.
Permanent magnetic coolant filtering units are used for the automatic filtration and cleaning of Fe particles from contaminated coolants (emulsions, aqueous solutions as well as cutting and grinding oils) which are produced on processing machines.
