Universal unloader

The operator moves the bulk container into the take-up frame of a container tilting device. Upon acknowledgement of the container change, the unloader, including the lifting frame, tilts into work position. Afterwards, the magnetic traverse moves into the container. Here, positioning the magnet is registered by sensors. The magnets are “activated” and the traverse is moved into the top final position. By means of an integrated hydraulic cylinder, the traverse is swivelled via a chute, and the magnets are deactivated. With the workpiece and container-specific design of the magnetic traverse, a high degree of container discharge is achieved in combination with the angle of inclination (max. approx. 45°) increasing in the course of the container discharge. In combination with a vibrating chute and other additional components, the unloader can be upgraded to a flexible feeding solution.
