The NSM product programme provides a wide range of conveying solutions. Starting with simple, horizontally-installed belt conveyors in the press outfeed up to complex, multi-track interlinking systems with inclines, bendings, segments for suspended transport as well as complex reversing units or distribution points.
NSM conveyor belts are used for the transport of various products; frequently for ferrous or non-ferrous metal punched and pressed parts as well as sheet scraps.
With the belt conveyor transport systems almost all requirements can be realized both during the transport and the handling of piece goods. There are a multitude of cross-industry, standardized and modular conveyor systems to choose from, which can also be customized.
NSM hinged belt conveyors are available in various designs, both machine-integrated and centrally positioned. The NSM chain conveyors are used for example for the transport of heavy or warm workpieces (solid steel / cast forgings etc.).
Our permanent magnetic slide conveyors are especially suited for the transport of continuously accumulating Fe chips in processing machines as well as the transport of pressed, punched and finished Fe parts in metal forming presses and punching machines.
The transport of sheets and blanks made from steel or aluminum, chip board or molded plastic parts are only a few examples for the possible applications of our toothed belt conveyors.
